Honestly, I loved the style of the hotel. The rooms were small but it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. My mom and I stayed for the Divisional Game & it was perfect for the two of us. The staff at the front desk were so kind too! I even loved the fact that there was humor there. For the game, they had a sign at the front desk talking smack to the commanders fans who were going to stay there, in a funny harmless way of course. Also loved that the parking was cheaper than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charged for parking, per night & was gated!! it was very a very welcoming stay and I will 100% stay there again . I’m big on reading reviews so I hope this finds someone well

Everything went well. I only stayed one night, but I wished I could have stayed longer. I was in town for a concert at the Little Caesar's Arena and the location of this hotel was perfect along with my stay. The hallways smelled really clean and so did the room. It was super quiet in the halls, and I didn't hear a peep as I slept. It was great. I also loved the card entrance to the gate, and the entrance where I parked was really close to the elevator I had to take to my room.

Super cool vibe, very quiet even during Movement weekend which was very nice. We brought our dog and there was no issues whatsoever. The staff was accommodating and kind. I had two separate reservations and they let us stay in the same room for the entirety of the trip. Close to restaurants and bars. Art was super cool, love the David Blair poem when you walk in. Oh yeah, awesome coffee too from 7am-11am at the coffee bar. It was an awesome stay and I will definitely return!

I really liked the interior and exterior design of the hotel. It was great to learn something new about Detroit’s art scene and history. Location is pretty convenient, Corktown, Downtown and Riverfront are easy to access even without a car. My room was pretty big and clean, and it seems like a great place to stay with a pet (will do it next time).

Anna

The T &P is the closest to downtown Detroit with a good selection of restaurants on walking distance nearby. Parking is a very reasonable 10 dollars a day, and the interior is nicely redone in a fashionable way. The only thing I missed in the room was a coffeemaker. And for seniors beware: there is no handrails or anti slip material in the bathtub
